Criminal law
From the first interview to the extraordinary appeal
Criminal law is JUDr. Alyasry’s academic field: he wrote his doctoral thesis in criminal law and taught substantive and procedural criminal law at the Faculty of Law of the Pan-European University.
In practice this means we read the file carefully, know the case law and use every procedural option the defence has — calmly and within the deadlines, which in criminal matters are short.
