We prepare divorce petitions and applications concerning the care of minor children. Where possible we support an agreement between the parents; where not, we represent you in court.
We also deal with maintenance — setting, changing or enforcing it — and with the settlement of the spouses’ joint property.

Does the court decide about the children in a divorce?
Yes. If the spouses have minor children, the court first decides on the exercise of parental rights and duties for the time after the divorce, including maintenance. The parents may submit their own agreement to the court.
