We incorporate companies, register changes in the Commercial Register and prepare agreements between shareholders. We review terms and conditions and contracts with suppliers and customers.
In disputes we recover receivables and represent you in court. Communication with a foreign partner can be conducted in English or German.

Yes, a limited liability company (s. r. o.) can be founded by foreign individuals or companies. We prepare the documents, arrange the registration and explain the obligations that follow.
