I.The consultation request form

When you send the form we process your name, phone number, e-mail if given, the selected area of law and your message, in order to arrange a consultation and reply to your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract).

Requests that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months at the latest. If you become a client, your data is further handled under the Slovak Act on the Legal Profession and related legislation.

Please do not include sensitive data (e.g. about health) or details of your case in the message — we will go through them in person.

II.Anonymous visit statistics

Only if you agree in the banner do we measure anonymous visits with our own tool (no Google Analytics, no third-party cookies). We store the page, device type, browser, country and referrer.

We do not store your IP address — together with the browser it is turned into a daily changing hash that cannot be traced back to a person.

III.Local storage

Your browser only remembers your consent choice (key ak-consent). You can remove it by clearing this site’s data in your browser.

IV.Recipients and third-party services

• Cloudflare hosting and database (Cloudflare Pages, D1) — technical operation of the website and storage of requests.
• Resend e-mail service — delivering a notification about a new request to the office.
• Cloudflare Turnstile — protecting the form against bots.
• The Google Maps map on the Contact page — it loads only after you click “Show map” or accept all cookies; from then on Google processes it under its own policy.

V.Your rights
